  Opened in June of 2024, Lakewinds Realty is now actively seeking agents!

  Whether you are experienced or new to real estate, we would love to have you join us! Our office is currently located in the historic avenues, at 1312 15th street, next to Sipsey's Coffee House. It is a cozy office, perfectly located for "floor time" and drop-in clients. Start taking floor time as soon as you join!

  We have a professional, lead capturing website that you can get agent direct leads from, and all non-direct leads will be given out in a fair round robin manner. We have the latest in back office technology, Bold Trail, but if you are not tech savvy, we can take care of your paperwork! We have a "store" with branded signs and products at Markful, so ordering signs and cards is a breeze! We offer all new agents a $50 credit with Markful, so your first cards and name tag are on us! We also have office signs you can use until you get your own.

  What we offer:

  NO MONTHLY FEES
  NO TRANSACTION FEES
  NO OFFICE FEES

   No random fees at all! You only pay 20% on each transaction with an annual cap of $10,000. For rental transactions, your flat fee is $30. Commercial properties are also 20% per transaction and do not count towards annual cap.
